Our company is looking for business development associates.
The BDA will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability throughout the assigned areas.
As a BDA, you will be responsible for:
1. Selling the complete line of non-life insurance.
2. Developing and managing accounts through aggressive prospecting and networking while maintaining and sustaining successful ongoing relationship with key decision makers.
3. Developing, maintaining and leveraging strong relationships with our insurance principals.
4. Understanding and utilizing policy contracts, pricing strategy depending on the account.
5. Meeting sales goals, developing account strategy and pipeline, negotiating premiums, discussing sales planning, managing processes, maintaining sales reports, delivering sales report and creating sales proposals.
Skills & Experience
0-2years selling expeience
High energy, self motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal oriented and success driven
Strong negotiation, organizational and presentation skills.
Recent college graduates with an interest in sales, the most rewarding job ever.
